NHS Childhood Health App

NHS North of England required a mobile app that will help parents and carers of young children to better assess their needs when they are ill and to access the best service within their area.

I took NHS Sunderland through several highly consultative and iterative project phases in order to ensure a quality end product that achieves the desired results. Self care is a massive driver within the government and NHS to drive down costs whilst helping people to overcome their illnesses.

The key challenge was that the app is designed for both patients and health care professionals, and this dual interface has to be managed carefully.
